Our primary focus is on strengthening - farmers, women and youth by educating and empowering gender-inclusive and equitable development by capacity building, serving self-help groups in microfinance activities and promoting sustainable development.

Agricultural Extension Program

A large number of rural communities, we work with, are engaged in agriculture. Land is their crucial source of livelihood and agricultural productivity. This program mainly emphasized on introducing sustainable farming technologies that farmers can practice even after the completion of the program such as Field level demonstrations on the usage of “coconut climber"- Under this activity More than 50 demonstrations were organized in farmer’s fields and nearly 150 farmers have owned their machines with our intervention. Enchaning dairy activity by introducing new fodder grass variety (DHAN-6/Sampurna which have special features like, small percentage of scales on the leaf surface, high digestive sugar content, higher percentage of bio-mass and digestibility, this will increase the milk yield production.) Seed material was shared to 60 farmers. Training on Azolla cultivation & Training to follow annual calender cultivation supported by with Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
Field trial on new white coloured Ragi variety KMR-340

In association with our Krishi Vigyan Kendra, we identified 10 farmers for field trial of KMR-340 ragi variety (white color ragi), providing seed material with guidance on package of practices. Our NGO independently facilitated in providing KMR-340Ragi variety seeds to 50 farmers, who showed interest towards growing new variety. This ragi variety is developed mainly with the intention of enhancing the color quality of value-added ragi products. In order to increase the percentage of ragi consumers, After our intervention, there was vast publicity about new ragi variety in print media. which led into demand for seed material for the next sowing season from National seed project unit at Agriculture University and farmers.
Field trial on BRG-5(red gram) and GKVK -5 (Ground nut)

In association with Krishi Vigyan Kendra, 20 farmers have were identified for a trial of BRG-5,(a new red gram variety) and GKVK-5, (A new groundnut variety) at 10 acres of land. The new varieties have special features of resistance to wilt disease in respective crops. Field days have been organized, involving farmers, officials of agriculture departments, Scientists of KVK and pioneer who developed these breeds.
Socio- Economic activities for SHG

We have facilitated the formation of 50 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and 125 Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) for rural men and women, linking them with mainstream financial institutions. Each SHG includes 10–20 members, while JLGs consist of 5–10 members. To date, 46 SHGs have accessed ₹1 crore and 86 JLGs ₹1.5 crores in financial support, enabling investments in income-generating activities such as dairy, poultry, sericulture, and agriculture.
